    • Leading nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets
    • Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements. Using the SMS correctly / Making sure we have what we need in the SMS
    • Prepare sales forecasts
    • Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities
    • Liaise with Marketing Departments to ensure brand consistency
    • Ensure effective hiring, orientation, training, development and retention of sales staff. Identify new producer candidates, integrate them into our system and process
    • Provide leadership through effective communication of vision, active coaching and development while comparing sales results to goals and taking appropriate action to correct when necessary.
    • Grow our sales force and revenue by 400% over 5 years.





    • Proven work experience as a National sales manager
    • Experience managing a high performance sales team
    • Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
    • An ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics
    • Strong communication and team management skills
    • Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude
    • Availability to travel as needed
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
