We are a rapidly growing entrepreneurial insurance agency with a regional office in the Philadelphia area. We are expanding our Group Benefits Department and have an excellent opportunity for a Benefits Specialist with experience in PA, NY and NJ group benefits. We are looking for someone who has respect for the client-agency relationship, and understands the role of a trusted adviser. We build long-term relationships with our clients, and we look to do the same with our employees. Although insurance agency experience is a plus, we will certainly consider experience on the carrier side, or as a benefits administrator in the human resources department of an organization. He or she will need to be able to independently manage small to medium sized projects, have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, able to collaborate well with others and the ability to problem solve. He or she will also need to demonstrate critical, analytical thinking.
